» SOLUBILITY: Readily soluble in all proportions. |

» POLYCLEAN – VSA (Stain Remover cum Scouring Agent) |

POLYCLEAN-VSA is a unique oil & grease stain remover-cum-scouring agent for cotton, polyester & thier blends. It is easily miscible with water in all proportions & is compatible with Acid or Alkaline conditions normally used for desizing or scouring. It is free of Chlorinated Solvents, oxidizing & reducing agents & no special precautions are needed in its handling. It is remarkable that even on padding with POLYCLEAN VSA, cloth is freed from HALO mark, in fact it gives best detergency. |

SYNTHETICS : In Jigger POLYCLEAN-VSA 1.5Kgs., at 600 to 800C for 6 turns & H202(50%) 1kg., POLYCOL-TPS 0.5Kg. for bleaching along with soda ash 1.0Kg, or Caustic Soda 0.5Kg.
SYNTHETIC & COTTON BLEND : In Jigger POLYCLEAN-VSA 1.5Kgs., Caustic Soda 1 1/2Kgs., Soda Ash 1Kg. at boil for 6 turns & H202(50%) 2kgs., POLYCOL TPS 0.75Kg. for bleaching.
The scoured cloth shows the maximum dye absorption and optimum penetration in the printed goods giving maximum colour value.
JET DYEING
When the oil stains are not heavy the gray cloth may be heat set and straightway loaded in Jet Dyeing Machine. POLYCLEAN-VSA 1.5Kgs. may be added with usual colour & chemicals and dyeing carried out in the normal manner. The stains are seen to be effectively removed and cloth are dyed satisfactorily without any additional scouring.
Role of POLYCLEAN – VSA in removing “KANDI MARKS”
The following recipe has been found to be most effective for removal of “Kandi Marks” :
POLYCLEAN-VSA – 10g/l
Soda Ash – 10g/l
H202(50%) – 1%(OWF)
POLYCOL-TPS – 2g/l
The Fabric is to be treated at 900C for 1hour. |

POLYCOL WS is a Wetting & Scouring agent. It has excellent wetting and dispersing power combined with stain removing action. POLYCOL WS finds extensive use in wet processing of cellulosics & synthetics. A single bath scouring & bleaching of cotton woven & hosiery fabrics is also recommended. |

APPLICATION : |
|

DESIZING: 1 to 2g/l of enzyme bath or Acid desizing bath ensures good size removal.
KIER BOILING: About 0.5% on weight of goods along with other chemicals accelerates boiling & prevents redeposition.
CHEMICKING: POLYCOL WS 0.5g/l in Bleach Liquor promotes uniform bleaching in lesser time.
SOAPING_OFF: For reactive dyes POLYCOL-WS 1gm/lit. neutral soaping is recommended. 1.5g/l POLYCOL-WS 1g/l Soda Ash for vat, sulphur & Azoic Dyes gives excellent results. |

POLYCLEAN-XNI is the best stain remover of oil & other types & it acts as a scouring / desizing agent which can be used for polyester fabric & yarn or their blends. The POLYCLEAN-XNI disperses the oil & dissolves impurities so as to allow the dyeing effectively giving brighter shades. The dosage can be varied from 1.0% to 1.5% depending on the weight & condition of the yarn / fabric. The temperature should be set at 60°C 70°C, & pre-dissolved POLYCLEAN-XNI should be added. It should be then run for 5 minutes & the dyeing process be continued.
One bath scouring & bleaching of cotton / polyester woven and hosiery fabric can be carried out using POLYCLEAN-XNI 1.0% to 1.5% on o.w.f at boil for 60-120 minutes in presence of usual reagents used in the normal procedures. |
