POLYGEN PGDD is an excellent levelling agent for Polyester Dyeing and Printing. POLYGEN PGDD behaves as hydrotropic agent i.e., it has a solvating type of effect on Disperse dyes, water being solvent to POLYGEN-PGDD & non solvent to disperse dyes, reduces effectively the particle size & leveled dyeing & uniform prints are obtianed. |

While printing, spun by texturised variety, in case of medium brown or olive type shades, it is generally observed that dye pick up level of spun & texturised yarn is different. On separating warp & weft yarns it is seen that dye on spun yarn is yellower as compared to that on texturised (which is comparatively bluish). These type of effects are due to differential heat treatment recieved during heat setting & texturising. Such differential dye pick up is minimized by POLYGEN PGDD. |
