	APPLICATION : 0.5 to 2.0g/l of POLYLUBE-RNI added first in all stages of processing.

» POLYCOL – PNN (Dispersant & Chelating Agent)

	POLYCOL-PNN is an acrylic copolymer which exerts an outstanding dispersing effect on the impurities in raw cotton. It having moderate chelating effect eliminates the adverse effect of calcium & magnesium ions on the solubility of anionic dyes & their affinity to cotton.

	GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS :

	» APPEARANCE: Clear yellowish liquid. » SOLUBILITY: Readily soluble in water giving clear solution. » pH(10% Aq.Soln.): 7.5 to 8.5

	SALIENT FEATURES :

	» POLYCOL-PNN is non foaming and does not have any affinity for anionic dyes. » Very effective dispersant for calcium carbonate precipitated in hand water bath and maintains it in a finely dispersed state. » Has a moderate chelating effect on metal ions.

	APPLICATION : POLYCOL-PNN is recommended @ 1 – 2gpl. in chemical padding liquor at the beginning of dyeing process of cotton & it’s blends with reactive / vat dyes.

» POLYCOL – 95 (Powerful Wetting Agent)

	POLYCOL-95 is a powerful wetting, penetrating agent even at low concentration giving rise to effective penetrating action required in the process of variety of textiles.

	GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS :

	» APPEARANCE: Colourless to pale yellow liquid. » IONIC NATURE: Nonionic. » COMPATIBILITY: Compatible with anionic and cationic products and stable over wide range of pH. It is stable to hard water, mild acid and alkali. » SOLUBILITY: Readily soluble in all proportions.

	SALIENT FEATURES :

	» In ‘short-contact’ process such as in high speed continuous equipment where the fabric or Yarn comes in actual contact with the treatment liquor for a very short duaration, it gives excellent wetting performance. » Capable of instant wetting of natural and synthetic fibres, yarns or fabrics and their blends and in all processes such as dyeing and finishing sequences where rapid wetting is necessary.

	APPLICATION : 0.1 to 0.2gm/lit. of treatment liquor used in the desizing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing or finishing operation ensures rapid and uniform wetting of the textile material.

	STORAGE: Stable under normal condition.

» POLYCOL – LS (Dispersing Agent)

	POLYCOL-LS is eco-friendly surfactant having extra ordinary dispersing properties. It keeps various components of the formulation in uniformly dispersed condition.

	GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS :

	» APPEARANCE: Amber coloured liquid. » SOLUBILITY: Miscible with water. » pH: 7 – 9.

	APPLICATION : POLYCOL LS recommended for usage as per requirement.
