» POLYCOL – DA (Deaerating Agent for Printing)

	POLYCOL-DA is a printing paste speciality additive having excellent anti-frothing, wetting & penetrating properties. It improves print levelness and colour value.

» POLYWASH – D.PASTE (Soaping Agent for Cotton)

	POLYWASH D-PASTE is a very good washing-off agent for cotton / viscose material dyed or printed with reactive colours, used in modern garment goods. It is cryptoionic in nature, and when used in H202 boiling it imparts very good brilliancy. POLYWASH D-PASTE acts very fast to remove soil stains, unfixed dyes, printing gums in printed goods during washing, even on six compartment soaper, wherein time of contact of the material with washing liquor is hardly few minutes, giving tint free bright prints. The white ground in prints remains dazzling white, and unsoiled. Due to efficient removal of printing gum from printed material it produces prints of soft handle, resulting in cost saving on finishing cost with softener.

	GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS :

	» APPEARANCE: White to straw yellow paste. » ODOUR: Refreshing odour, harmless in nature. » IONIC NATURE: Cryptoionic. » pH(1% solution): 7.5 to 8.5 » SOLUBILITY: Miscible with soft water to any extent, giving slightly milky emulsion. However, if only hard water is available, use 0.5 to 1.5g/l of POLYCLAW-CHA.

	APPLICATION :

	A)In Kier / Open Peroxide boiling : While peroxide boiling, use of POLYWASH D-PASTE 0.5g/l gives bright ground with high whiteness index. B)Dyed goods : Washing of reactive dyed goods of cotton / viscose on Jigger / Winch / Kundi (Open Tank), Use of POLYWASH D-PASTE is recommended as follows: 1. For Light Shades – Not necessary 2. For Medium & Dark Shades @ 50°C On Jigger – 1 to 2g/l On Winch – 0.5 to 1g/l On Kundi – 0.5 to 1g/l

» DEFOAM – P (Powerful Defoaming Agent)

	DEFOAM-P is the best antifoaming agent which is non silicone based. Foam formation is very common in close vessels such as package dyeing machine, cheese dyeing machine, liquor circulation machine, HT / HP dyeing machine, jet dyeing machine, close winches with nozzles, etc. Most of the scouring agents, dyeing assistants and effluents give rise to the foam formation even at low temperature of 70oC to 80oC. Excess foaming causes entanglement of fabric in scouring and dyeing cycles, hence severe damage to the fabric is likely to occur and to avoid these problems addition of DEFOAM-P is recommended. DEFOAM-P has efficient antifoaming action without affecting scouring and dyeing efficiency as well as physical properties of the fabric.

	GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS :

	» APPEARANCE: White free flowing paste. » COMPATIBILITY: Good.

	APPLICATION :

	First dissolve, the DEFOAM-P in water with stirring and then add it to the bath. Use of 0.3 to 0.5g/l. of DEFOAM-P gives efficient defoaming action. THIS BEING EASILY BIODEGRADABLE, IS ECOFRIENDLY.

» DEFOAM – SI (Efficient Defoaming Agent)

	DEFOAM-SI is the best antifoaming agent which is silicone based. Foam formation is very common in close vessels such as liquor circulation machine for yarn, package dyeing machine, HT / HP Dyeing Machine, Jet Dyeing Machine, close winches with nozzles, etc. Most of the scouring agents, dyeing agents and effluents generates formation even at low temperature of 70 C to 80 C. Excess foaming causes entanglements of fabric in scouring and dyeing cycles. Hence severe damage to the fabric occurs and to avoid these problems addition of DEFOAM-SI is highly recommended. DEFOAM-SI has efficient antifoaming action without affecting scouring and dyeing efficiency.

	» Excellent stability even at high temperature and pressure. » Readily dispersible in water giving uniform stable dispersion. » Compatible with anionic as well as cationic bath.

	APPLICATION :

	First dissolve, the DEFOAM-SI in water with vigorous stirring and then add it to the bath or spray, 0.1 to 0.2g/l. solution for efficient defoaming action.
