» ANTISTAT – PV (Antistatic Agent) |
ANTISTAT-PV is speciality chemical developed exclusively for use during processing of synthetic or synthetic / viscose blend to dissipate static charge developed due to frictional motion. |
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS : |
» APPEARANCE: Pale Yellow clear liquid. » IONIC NATURE: Non Ionic. » SOLUBILITY: Readily soluble giving clear solution in water. » STORAGE: Stable under normal condition. |
APPLICATION : |
ANTISTAT-PV is applied in the form of its freshly prepared aqueous solution which can be made by dissolving 10 – 20 parts of ANTISTAT-PV in 90 – 80 parts of de-mineralised water. Since it is readily soluble in water, additional efforts of mixing are not required. ANTISTAT-PV minimises the built up of static charges on fabric during processing & therefore, smoothens the working of the process. Being a well balanced mixture of lubricant, wetting agent, antistat & emulsifier, pick-up of air-borne dust is also reduced. ANTISTAT-PV imparts very low frictional & excellent antistatic properties. It can be washed off easily after finishing operation is over. |
