Recommended scour bleach recipe for cotton yarn & hosiery is as under :
Polycol-HPLF(Spl.): 0.5 – 1.0g/l
Polycol-HTS: 0.25 – 0.5g/l
Polycol-OPS: 0.25 – 0.5g/l
Caustic Soda: 1 – 3g/l
Hydrogen Peroxide(50%): 3 – 6g/l
Temperature: 90° – 95°C
Time: 60 – 75minutes. |
