DEFOAM-SD is the best antifoaming agent which is silicone based. Foam formation is very common in close vessels such as liquor circulation machine for yarn, package dyeing machine, HT / HP Dyeing Machine, Jet Dyeing Machine, close winches with nozzles, etc. Most of the scouring agents, dyeing agents and effluents generates formation even at low temperature of 70 C to 80 C. Excess foaming causes entanglements of fabric in scouring and dyeing cycles. Hence severe damage to the fabric occurs and to avoid these problems addition of DEFOAM-SD is highly recommended.
DEFOAM-SD has efficient antifoaming action without affecting scouring and dyeing efficiency. |

First dissolve, the DEFOAM-SD in water with vigorous stirring and then add it to the bath or spray, 0.1 to 0.2g/l. solution for efficient defoaming action. |
