DEFOAM-NSD is the best antifoaming agent which is non silicone based. Foam formation is very common in close vessels such as package dyeing machine, cheese dyeing machine, liquor circulation machine, HT / HP dyeing machine, jet dyeing machine, close winches with nozzles, etc. Most of the scouring agents, dyeing assistants and effluents give rise to the foam formation even at low temperature of 70oC to 80oC. Excess foaming causes entanglement of fabric in scouring and dyeing cycles, hence severe damage to the fabric is likely to occur and to avoid these problems addition of DEFOAM-NSD is recommended.
DEFOAM-NSD has efficient antifoaming action without affecting scouring and dyeing efficiency as well as physical properties of the fabric. |

First dissolve, the DEFOAM-NSD in water with stirring and then add it to the bath. Use of 0.3 to 0.5g/l. of DEFOAM-NSD gives efficient defoaming action.
